"SCRL aims to develop sustainable materials and green processing for solar energy harvesting and conversion"

The Solar Cell Research Laboratory (SCRL), founded in 2018, focuses on cutting-edge research in photovoltaics. Our main goal is to develop efficient and stable solar cell technologies using cost-effective methods. With three specialized faculties and a team of researchers and graduate students, we work in a well-equipped lab for film preparation and device characterization. Our research areas include exploring new carbon materials for optimized interfaces and electrodes in perovskite solar cells, creating scalable deposition techniques for large-scale manufacturing, and advancing methods and energy materials for photovoltaics and other optoelectronics devices.

We believe in the power of collaboration and actively work with other leading research institutions and industry partners. Our team consists of researchers with expertise in engineering, physics, and chemistry, enabling an interdisciplinary approach to solving complex challenges in photovoltaic technology development.

Thanks to our dedication to excellence and collaborative efforts, we have gained recognition and published impactful research papers. Our work contributes to advancing photovoltaic technologies, establishing SCRL as a leading institution in solar cell research. Our ultimate mission is to shape a sustainable energy landscape and make a positive global impact through our pioneering research.
